Foreclosure Friday Flash October 29, 2010

I’ve got a great upscale pick this week. As I have told you many times there is no area or price range that is exempted from foreclosure.

I am very disappointed in all of you. There was no winner in the Hollywood Guest Quiz last week. The answer was James Dean as Jett Rink in Giant. See if you can do better this week. Again, short of giving you the answer, there is not much more I can do. Remember I need the actor, the

role, and the movie to win the Starbucks gift certificate.

Foreclosure Friday Flash October 22 2010

I’d Like to Be Texas Rich, How About You? Every now and again I get just plain tricked. My pick this week was something I thought would sell within days of hitting the market. Well, it didn’t and now it’s a real STEAL.

Last week in name the Hollywood Guest Quiz, the answer was Edward G. Robinson as Johnny Rocco in Key Largo. There was no winner despite all the clues I gave you. See if you can do better this week. Again, short of giving you the answer, there is not much more I can do. Remember I need the actor, the role, and the movie to win the Starbucks gift certificate.

Greater Richmond Real Estate Market Snapshot – September ‘10

sold snapshot old     My apologies once again this month. I have had these stats done for several days, but just couldn’t find the time to write this observation. The market continues to limp along despite incredible interest rates and an abundance of inventory. It looks like the so-called Foreclosure Moratorium will be short lived, which is great. Foreclosure Friday Flash October 15, 2010

You Know How to Whistle, Don’t You? I’ve got a great UPSCALE pick this week, so let’s get right to it.

Last week in name the Hollywood Guest Quiz, the answer was Gary Cooper as Sgt. Alvin York in Sgt York. Again, I have given you MUCHO clues so I am expecting multiple answers on our contest this week. Remember I need the actor, the role, and the movie to win the Starbucks gift certificate.

And the Foreclosure Moratorium? Tempest in a Teapot. Really think we’ll have this thing resolved in 60 days, especially in Virginia which is a non judicial state for foreclosures.

Gobble, Gobble, Gobble. Back in town after several weeks out in the sticks, so I hope you like my pick this week.

I can’t give you many more clues for my Hollywood Quiz this week. I thought it was fitting since another Medal of Honor was awarded posthumously this week to one of our many brave members of the Armed Services. Remember I need the actor, the role, and the movie to win the Starbucks gift certificate.

Foreclosure Friday Flash October 1 2010

Built Your Ark Yet? I’ve got another rural selection this week. I promise to return to the ‘burbs next week. I hadn’t done an expensive home in awhile, so enjoy this week’s pick.

My Hollywood Quiz this week is pretty “dry”; get it? After the all the rain we’ve had this week, I thought you could use a more arid location. Remember I need the actor, the role, and the movie to win the Starbucks gift certificate.

If you’re interested in receiving Bank Owned Weekly, then click on the appropriate link – West End, Glen Allen, or Midlothian. When you sign up for Bank Owned Weekly, you will also receive Foreclosure Friday Flash delivered to your inbox every Friday.
