Oops, this didn’t get posted on Thursday so I know it must have been Laura’s fault. Our pick this week is in Bretton Woods, which was one of the earliest “new” subdivisions off Staples Mill Road just inside the I-295 loop. It is serviced by the great schools of Glen Allen Elementary, Hungary Creek Middle, and the new Glen Allen High School. Laura and I think this one has excellent upside.
