It has been a slow week for new Bank Owned Properties, but I am going to attribute that to vacation time in August. I certainly don’t think the number of foreclosures is abating, especially with rising unemployment. I am not all “doom and gloom” either. Anyway, here’s Epsiode 2 of FORECLOSURE FRIDAY FLASH.
