 I seem to be on a remodeling kick on my recent picks for Foreclosure Friday Flash, but that’s where the real money is to be made today. The retail market is one where we’re not only in a price war, but it’s a beauty contest as well. These sow ear properties can be made into silk purses and due to their cheap acquisition cost your total investment ends up significantly under retail.
